Nobody is a doctor here. You have no idea what mental issues she has. You cannot diagnose someone through the internet.

I don't know if Trisha is mentally ill or not. But if she actually is mentally ill, then you are mocking someone who is not in their right mind, while at the same time pretending to be someone protecting those who are vulnerable in these communities

In certain cases people can literally be pardoned for murder due to mental illness
