I feel like it's the same on the german server
though to be fair, that might be because in "german culture" you don't go around telling everyone you struggle. you do that in private and then act all surprised when a friend of yours has been falling through the grid and offs themselves because they couldn't take it anymore (yeah, I clearly haven't coped with my friend's suicide, but it's been a rough year, will probably find the time for that come next summer)
