i mean yes. actual manhating exists, i'm not going to deny that.
but form my perspective i don't think the majority hate on men, like the actual humans that happens to be men. but how people phrase it might be understood that way.
like i can say that i hate lesbians™, but i also identify as a lesbian and i don't hate myself
or white people™ and so on.
I don't think it matters, at the end of the day. Intentions are fair and good but what you say will always have more impact than what you mean, you know?
yes absolutely. like you wouldn't go in front of an elementary school class n say "men r bad" sure.
or raise boys to believe they r bad by nature. you would try to treat all ur pupils as close to the same with their individual needs.
but how is it any better saying "lesbians r almost always hateful" than saying "men r often always ignorant"? ok yes it's an bigger group being targeted, but still.
if u say negative things and don't contribute to the bigger discussion, yes it's hurtful. sure. but all is in the way you phrase it really and if you're actually discussing and issue in a good way.
i think we actually have close to similar opinions, i just don't see or r open to see as much manhating as u.
I never said lesbians were almost always hateful, I said that the lesbian community has been hateful in my experience.
