wanted to answer to this, because I feel like I actually can give some input on it
it sure is shitty knowing how a bunch of people get paid by Kaj for their job and don't get me wrong, they do intense work for VP and kind of deserve it. But they're not the only ones and I wouldn't mind a little renumeration per work (especially as it might even help push the numbers of designs available, because we hitting a new low and sometimes even come close to not having a female available and that's not a good look). But that won't happen.
So I personally just suck it up and design for the people on here. Because let's be fair, if I just valued my work a little bit more (and my time and just myself) y'all would be getting even less designs. Because believe me, I'm far from the only person thinking like this andif just one of us speaks out about it, it always causes an avalanche of other people being like "you know what, they got a point. why am I the idiot in all of this??" and we lose designers. As long as I believe in the community and it's people (meaning us, not Kaj, he's gone for me since 2 years) I will keep it up and I hope others might too.

oh yeah, they could def do that. as long as a contract hasn't been signed i'm p sure they could demand rights to old designs as well, but i don't think enough of them care for it to make a difference unfortunately. ppl be simping for kaj
