Yeah I often get very obsessive in my behavior when im stressed and my anxiety is up and at a point I just need to tear myself away from the screen or situation to ground myself and calm down

I've literally gotten so obsessed that I spent all day and night on a project for three days straight that ended up I finishing a week early because I was so anxious about not finishing it's bad :/

it's so awful right, because then after you just feel even worse, so you get more easily stressed againn and it's such a hard cycle to break out of

yea i get a lot of problems with eating when i’m stressed/anxious/unwell
i either don’t eat at all or just eat all the time
both combined with very very unhealthy thoughts about eating
also i get diarrhoea every time i’m stressed out lol

yeah i have to reach the feeling of my stomach turning inside out and screeching at me before i go eat if i'm currently stressed and/or in the middle of doing a somewhat important task

i was never diagnosed but I used to have an ED (never talked to anyone about it except anonymously online) and was underweight. I realized I would be better off in every way by eating more, so I got better and it's been many years since then, but hunger stopped bothering me when I was in that mental state and it's still like that, so it's kind of still a problem since I can easily just put off eating without even realizing it /:

so tbh I should probably put more attention to my eating so I don't end up dizzy every day and underweight again

but even more relevant is how I just finished my school year and had like 5 assignments to finish within the last day, and I remember feeling dizzy and weak for most of that last week. but now the weight of school has lifted off my shoulders, and I'm currently hungry and about to go eat some leftover brownies from yesterday (:
