yeah I realized that today because every time I have attempted to diet I kinda just throw myself right into a new diet, which has always failed. But I really have no idea how to start, what to cut out and what to add atm, I need to make a diet plan but I am so fussy regarding fruits and veggies

yeah I realized that today because every time I have attempted to diet I kinda just throw myself right into a new diet, which has always failed. But I really have no idea how to start, what to cut out and what to add atm, I need to make a diet plan but I am so fussy regarding fruits and veggies 
also, if you struggle with feeling hungry, eating porridge as breakfast really does take away your appetite for several hours
it doesn't have to be plain tasteless porridge but you can add fruits and nuts in it 
when l usually eat oat porridge l smash half of a banana in it, cut the other half in the mix and crush pecans or English walnuts in it
