Mostly I keep obsessivly f5 the page in hope of better threads and usually it just result in a lot of dumb behavior even I in retrospective realize only is timeconsuming and little stimulating but at least it's something to do, somewhere else to be u know... 
Idk personally I've kinda worked much harder on not doing that after I came back and like do other stuff instead. Idk at a point u get angry u know, frustrated from the ongoing lack of enjoyable content and any argument is wonderful to push those feelings out in a rather toxic way
