I don't think all men are insecure bcus its a status symbol or whayever to do plastic surgery, what do u mean

it's men saying to other men, that they need to have a full head of hair, that their jaw or nose is too weak/abnormal, in order to attract women, therefore feeds into male insecurities, that's based on attracting women.
in other words: plastic surgery for men is not the same as it's for women, but it's primarily women who're being punished for undergoing invasive surgeries, even though they're being pressured by society (aka. male standards) to look certain ways.
