and to adress the discussion abt amount of kcals: yes, you can eat 1200 kcal a day and survive and without it immideatly being super unhealthy. its how you think of those 1200 kcal, how you relate to them and so on. when 300 kcals over seems like a lot, eating 1200 kcal only starts getting dangerous and unhealthy.
