He started writing his thoughts in an notebook, like he is his own psychiatrist and he said it helps.
Also he listens to lots of philosophy ike Jung and other people.
He meditates lots and when he is really bad, he does yoga like 10 times a day.
But I still think the best thing to do is to get a psychiatrist you like.Ā
