I tend to wake up by every little noise

I got a bad habit from being anxious about my rabbit being noisy at night when we lived in like.. a blokk right so I spent all night trying to identify sounds and .. the saddest thing is that we put her down because we couldn't have her anymore which is something I have to emotionally recover from some time and the sounds continued after she was gone so.. it wasn't here. There hadn't been any need to worry. I hate it still.
