losing weight is predominantly done by diet (eating less calories)

however 1200 calories is NOT enough food (unless ur a toddler or a short person who does 0 exercise)
you don't need to eat 1200 cal to lose weight
thanks for coming to my ted talk
1200 calories are actually completely normal, how many calories u eat depends on your weight + height and the time you'll be on that diet.

nobody said she NEEDS to eat 1200 kcl.
a simple google search would tell you what it depends on and how 1200 kcl is actually normal to some people
1200 is normal if you're a toddler or a very short person who doesn't exercise.

sure.. ill do a quick Google search.
Ill just blindly do whatever google tells me to do
The calories counter calculator tells me I need to eat 1000kcl to lose weight
i guess i better do what google says.
? Exercising gives u a chance to eat more calories lol.

1200 is normal, and healthy for some people. for example i'm 158cm, i walk 10 000 steps per day, exercise and I still eat filling, healthy foods and i lose weight normally, about 1kg per week.

yes.

if you exercise, you need to eat more  than 1200 calories. 1200 is not enough
if you a short person who is sedentary, then 1200 may be okay.

congrats on your weight loss. just make sure you look after yourself.

soooo this quarantine fucked me up i kept telling myself im gonna workout but i was never consistent. I need help on finding a good workout that is effective because i dont wanna let myself go i've gained ten pounds (ik its not a lot but FOREVER ive been 120lbs and now im like 130 and im just going up cause i eat alot. I tried chloe ting and it really did nothing honestly doess anyone have any tips or workouts to lose like 10 or so lbs or more like within a short amount of time like  or so months??
if you only wanna lose 10 lbs, theres really no need for workout. JUst eat healthier and waybe try to walk some more, like when you go for groceries and such, walk/cycle instead of ebiking/driving.

- eat good quality food and cut snacks and extra sugar
- cut all sodas, juices, sweets etc that’s very effective. If you feel like having something good, bake it yourself. It tastes better too and you feel like you’ve ”earned” it more.
- drink a lot of water and tea
- go for walks
- sleep enough!! Super important
- remember that certain area workout doesn’t really burn fat right there but makes the muscle stronger: for example you can’t get rid of your arm fat by just doing huge amount of push ups.
- don’t be too hard on yourself and never compare yourself to others. Do this because you want to be healthier or feel better, think of it as a lifestyle change. Don’t take it too far.

thankkk youuu i really appreciate the advice i've started to cook alot for myselff and it does taste pretty good all though i make so much pasta so its not as healthy

Did u do one workout of chloe ting or the actual program because I'm sure u feel it when u do all the 3-5 videos per day LOL. Every day

Anyway other popular creators are Pamela reif for example
tho I prefer chloe, also

just know that losing weight is about 70% DIET / FOOD and 30% workout. keep that in mind
thank youuu for the advicee i did thei think maybe 2 weeks shred challenge program but i didn'tdo all the videos lmaoo maybe why i didnt lose as much as i was hoping or see a difference but i had tried Gabrielle Whited's workouts and they helped more and you are soooo right about food without proper food workouts are pointless
I've seen  some amazing results from people doing the chloe ting challenge, she made a new one recently, according to the description it's now more challenging and it varies more (different body areas)

But bodies are different, and results take time, some workouts work for some and others don't !

Protein is also super important <3

I'm currently doing the chloe ting 2 week shred and i have more ab definition, but my lovehandles said
"no <3"
so i'm doing it again lol
lmaoooo i felt that my love handles really dont love me but yeah last time idid it it was the old one so i might just try the new program

eat less
im trying to lessen my calorie intake but its soo hardd food is too tempting
also have u tried looking for some keto versions of different foods?

For example, u can still eat stuff u want just eat less or make them lighter.
I enjoy Halo top, which is basically half the calories of a normal ice cream (don't eat the whole pot tho lol. I mean u can if u want to but well xD)

U can also try to replace puddings, and yogurts with protein puddings that have no added sugars, or go for a 0% yogurt or greek yogurt, add some bananas for example to make it sweet (:
thats interestingg ive never heard of likeketo versions of foods ive heard of the diet but never rlly considered it right now im doing the military diet because i did it before and it helped a ton

this is what i posted on my thread but it includes some tips and stuff that i did to lose 6kg (:

I've been on a 1200kcl "diet", I cut out added sugar, and use minimum amount of salt if needed, eat rye bread and only use wholegrain rice / pasta / bread etc instead of norm. For snacks I get a 0.1% yogurt or quark, and fruits like bananas, grapes, and apples. Eat berries, and oatmeal for breakfast, and drink LOTS and LOTS of water per day. For dinner, I usually make either salmon, or chicken. I cut out red meat completely. I could eat chicken in things like low calorie risotto, or with 4% cream and vegetables. With salmon I usually eat 1 and a half potato. If I eat bread, I usually add one slice of cheese, and two slices of tomato. Other good foods are things like, green beans, "viili" or greek yogurt (natural) and to make it taste better, add for example bananas (: To bring more taste to chicken i usually use curry. I also like Vitalinea, it's a bit sweeter drinkable yogurt, that has no added sugar. Also eat a lot of salads, either with salmon or chicken!

I use myfitnesspal to make sure i stay in the calorie deficit and can easily track what i eat and how much my exercise burns calories.

or for example:
chicken + wholegrain rice + corn, paprika, peas, tomatoes, a slice of low fat cheese and a pepper = easy stuffed peppers

I have recently added drinking 1 table spoon of apple cider vinegar mixed with 2,5dl of water, before meals (it helps with bloating)

Also eggs are my best friend, I always boil them or make them in extra virgin olive oil!

I do have cheat meals, usually rye chips and dip, or Subway wholegrain bread. I have cheat days once in two weeks, but it's ok to have one every  week if it's more sustainable

I walk 10 000 steps per day (not necessarily at once tho lol, and it's not as bad as it sounds, i like walking) and then do chloe ting beginner friendly workouts. I have about 2 active rest days <3 This is easy if you walk into store, or walk your dog, etc. instead of going to the store with a car. For me, walking to the store is 2000 steps, and if I go to the store at my city's center, it's usually 10 000 steps altogether.

If I'm graving something sweet, I'll eat Halo top ice cream. (not the whole pot tho)
It's low in calories compared to normal ice cream.

also if u wanna like, join me with my journey we could be pals and do workouts together and keep track and post results? It could help with motivation (: also another thing that would help could be watching results videos, and health related stuff that have tips etc. I follow body positivity tiktoks to keep my mind on track too
yesss omg that sounds pretty good id love to do that i use that app as well to make sure im at my goal for the amount of calories i need to eat and i have been starting to drink A SHIT TON of water, i will try the apple cider thing because i do get bloated often but i also cant even eat any red meat as i throw up so im really used to only eating chicken and salmon...and i continually have the urge to get a snack but i stop myself.

I loved Chloe Tings workouts and I tried to cut my calorie intake, and I found out that that worked pretty well. I did the workouts for a month and it got me in shape - absolutely loved it.
If you're not a workout person in that way (crunches etc.) I would suggest swimming or even just walking - walking is also a great way! Daily walks for maybe 30min to an hour? I find it also very relaxing to listen to music/podcast and just having a little time for myself - especially now after my surgery, when I am able to walk longer distances again.
I was actually going to start walking and cutting calorie intake helps so muchh as long as its like not too much.
