these are just some of the stuff that has helped me on and off !
i do all of those regularly 😭😭 (except walking bcs going outside has become anxiety inducing too hahah) i think my anxiety is social in nature and im terrified it's gonna get worse and the fear of isolation doesnt make me feel any better and it's like a horrible paradox of me not wanting to be isolated but me not wanting to be seen by other people ever and idk what to do
ah i see < / 3 i rly hope u can get help for it ! i deffo think therapy or something along those lines would b good ! so if u have the strength deffo contact to ask for help !
