So your actually entirely wrong. The method doesn't provide the same results in nearly any type of surgery. So let's hit up weight by forgoing exercise you do not gain the muscle mass, muscle strength or muscle elasticity. You lose fat but gain loose skin from the expediated weight loss on top of all that your lungs do not improve at all and if you were over weight to begin with than that's a heavy hit which can lead you right back to where you started in under 5 years. Anything that can be done unnaturally e.g plastic surgery has mostly negative effects. Anything that needs plastic surgery to fix a health issues is rare to actually be a positive one. E.g nose jobs almost never need surgery unless you are prone to sinus infections or have a slight mutation causing a abnormal nasal passageway. To believe in body positivity and have plastic surgery to correct something you do not like about yourself is by definition hypocrisy. the practice of claiming to have moral standards or beliefs to which one's own behavior does not conform. To believe in something but not practice in layman terms. Lastly not everyone is a hypocrite want some proof? Gandhi, Martin Luther King Jr, Sun Tzu, Aristotle, Beethoven, Confucius, Lao Tzu these are just few of the HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS of famous people who followed their believes and not being a hypocrite. We should all demonize hypocrisy as hypocrisy is just a kinder way of saying your a liar and lying is not right in any and all situations be the intent good or bad.

the idea of accepting ur flaws inherently designates some features as flaws and not others. idk i think there's smth about someone saying "i love [x 'undesirable' trait] despite everything!" that also somehow suggests that that trait isnt . actually . smth to love or whatever

idk just. love body neutrality. would love to not shave my legs and not be called either gross or brave for it and just b left alone about it
