Why not take the risk and find another doctor? It doesn't seem like you have anything to lose at this point
its not my doctor that is the problem, my doctor is trying to help me regardless of the fact that the health care system is not cooperating, the actual problem lies in bureaucracy and sentralization

may I ask where you are from? In norway it's lots of bs, and first doctor said it's 2 year waiting list while new doctor i got place like 1 month after telling what's bothering. So it depends a bit on the doctor here at least.

people who have never met you that knows what is best for you from papers they quickly skimmed through
scandanavians making threads about their shitty mental healthcare system makes me lowkey stop supporting socialist healthcare.  clearly that shit aint working for you guys.

It helps me. I said it depends on the doctor, jesus.

totally depends on where u live in the country
can take myself as en example, i've gotten lots of help, even tho it took like 5 people before i got the right one
it has a lot to do with how big ur city is
mine is quite big (here in sweden) and therefor healthcare in general will be more accessable
it doesn't necessarily mean it's perfect or that it doesn't have flaws
in some ares it's really lacking and in other's it's better
also to increase ur chances of getting help u need to be like hunting the psychiatry down almost, i had my mom to basically make them understand the seriousness of it all and after she spoke to the person highest up i started to get proper help, you can't rely on them calling back, like ever, you basically always need to be a step ahead of them
nd  i imagine it's abt the same in norway / denmark / finland

like the american health care system, for some it works fine (if u have the money) and for a lot of other people it's absolute shit
so my conclusion is that socialist health care is still way better off
it's basically saying that u can't complain because someone has it worse
even in countries with good economies everything won't be perfect

and honestly, that's whacky stuff to say, there's a reason why the nordic model when it comes to politics works good HDP and BNP wise. The fact mental health isnt good is because it's p new and like all doctors, it depends on the relationship/doctor. I appreciate the fact we tax so people can afford health care at all, and it benefited me. I never doubt the "socialist healthcare".
