im watching the poutine vid the srs way. I want the poutine the way which makes my canadian friends go "hallelujah"
Thank you for the vid, im enjoying every bit of it.
you're very welcome! I hope you get the Canadian seal of approval from them!!
also for the fryer part, you could just use an oven!
I made my fries first in an air fryer, then finished melting the cheese on top in the oven
you could probably just heat up frozen fries on a baking tray in the oven for 20 minutes or so, pour the gravy and cheese over top, throw it back in for 2 minutes and voila!

Do you get the frozen fries first out of the freezer for a while? If I get them right away from freezer, if they're in overn - they got soggy and unpleasant asdfghj
probably a good idea! I remember that happening before my roommates bought an air fryer, that's why I never liked frozen fries that way
maybe wrap in some paper towel and add salt to dehydrate them!

Now i'm just testing making good crispy fries, because it's a whole process to make fries to be poutine worthy asdfgh. Got so much frozen fries n trying to make them not soggy. My canadian friends shall not be disappointed.
