I'm okay thank you - I'm in Tire 4 in London and will be spending the holiday alone this year. It was very hard to accept not being able to see my family in Norway and not celebrate Christmas in my mother-country for the first time, but I'm trying to stay positive and distract myself. Keeping in mind that this is only temporarily and hopefully by doing all of this, we're able to be with who we want for Christmas many years to come

Feels like this is almost always the situation, that first period after ending something is always the hardest. Try ignoring his messages if you can, or let him know you need some time before you want to be in contact again. OR tell him to back off if you actually don't want him in your life at all.

You shouldn't have to feel responsible for him if you both agreed to go separate ways

Totally makes sense - I think because of the amount of things happening individually and globally right now, it gets very overwhelming and can make us feel numb
