idk how my point has to do with capitalism? also my point is literally that life is not that simple, which makes happiness being a choice also not that simple. idk why you keep trying to misrepresent me
you said 'everything in life is a choice, we have freedom' I just responded to that while we live under capitalism no such thing as
everything in life is a choice and freedom. but i dont get how this shows a point as life isn't simply. Life would exactly be simple if we could just do what ever we would feel like, but maybe you disagree on that, and that's where the confusion is?
um i am a bit confused yes 😅 what i wanted to say that you usually have the choice to do almost anything, obviously money and other factors would prevent you from actually doing those things. but my point was more a generalization. we have a great degree of freedom even under capitalism, but just bc we CAN doesnt mean it's viable or leads to any desirable outcome.
i dont necessarily think having all the choice in the world makes life simpler, maybe then we'd feel paralyzed bc of the amount of choice?
well yeah, choice (i even think i wrote this in a respond to some one else) is relatively, we just see choices different
