i dont really know yet, I think ill eat meat again in the future, but not much of it, but my ED hasn't been good and I really wanna recover, but I cant gain weight while being vegan
I'm vegetarian. I aim for vegan, but sometimes I cave- especially at restaurants.
Vegan is ideal, but mininal animal product consumption is better than heavy consumption I think.
