the thing is tho even in places where you have rights a company can find a way to fire you anyway. 

we're downsizing they'll say. we've given you three writeups they'll say. don't expect a company to not act shady. they just ahve to say they fired you for a valid reason and find a valid reason and there is ALWAYS a reason that they can find.
