U got meds n diagnosis after one appointment at 16 or what, sounds rlly,,, yes, fantastic of them

Yeah, it's a lot after one appointment, but it does happen? If you show enough symptoms/ if your symptoms are severe enough, it's silly to postpone getting the help you need.

It could be a working-diagnosis (Idk if that is what it's called in English  :I) ? Like, a "This is what we believe you have, so we'll work from this perspective" .
Yeah, I still think they should check like if it could b smth else mostly tho idk, but still I think its a bit much w the meds if its just anxiety, at least after one visit and antipsychotics nonetheless, have heard they can make u a bit,,, zombie like so I wouldn't b put on then if im 16/17 n haven't tried anything else first at the very least

anxiety and caffeine isn't really the best combo lol
when I first started drinking coffee, my caffeine tolerance was super low so I sat through a 3 hour meeting not being able to sit still bc I was shaking, felt nauseous, dizzy and etc

I drink like 4 coffees a day n feel normal (I'm anxious w and w/o coffee) so I really didn't think id be so affected lol

I drink a fuck ton of coffee now too lol
but if you're not used to energy drinks that might be why? I feel like it affects you differently depending on how you... consume it idk
