if ur like just a little over normal weight then i wouldnt really worry about dieting or stuff like that... who cares if u put on some weight during quarantine i think thats happening to a lot of ppl
and i have no advice on the matter anyway since im kind of skinny like due to genetics and stuff i dont think about food like that i just eat whats good and what i can afford lol

i dont count calories and i do not restrict. ive been there before, and i dont wanna go there again. i know approx how much i need in a day, and how much is in a meal. 
i think its better to make healthy habits, ie eating lots of veggies instead of mcdonalds (but still allowing urself a lil food party once in a while) and working out. obsessing over calories will only fuck you up

i never said count calories i just said know calories   as in know what kind of foods are high calorie
how is portion control disordered eating??? its just part of a normal food lifestyle nowadays when u get everything in excess
