there's actually a really sneaky gentrification type code on the books, that in my town, if a trailer is removed, another trailer can NEVER be put on that location again, unless it's in a trailer park. So my neighborhood has like, one trailer dead in the middle of it hanging on for dear life lol

oh man when I was going to the big US 25 yard sale, I saw one of them manufactured homes actually fall off the truck lol tragic
& thats how I think my parties are gonna look, but it usually devolves until some dude high on meth drags a green locus branch into my yard goin', "I'm here to PARTY do you need more FIRE WOOD do you know MONTY hes my CUZZIN" lol

Although they cost the same as a house and hurricanes/tornadoes i want one...but I’d want to buy it fully staged/furnished. Like a weekend getaway spot
