Because you don’t have shit else to
do after the meeting
is my guess
i mean true but also it would be smart if i would get proper sleep but for some reason i'm stubborn enough to think i can keep staying up
completely my own fault lmao
Your sleep schedule reminds me of when
I worked 3-11:30...but I LOVED IT!!
I would go out, stumble in at 04:30
and still had time to wake up refreshed..ok a few times
i was hungover but you get the idea
the best time of the day are the early morning hours for sure !!! the air, the nature and just the calmness all around of knowing people are sleeping n it being very quiet
so i deffo feel u !

When you return from your meeting
try to remain awake and active...so you tire yourself out
Do you still dance?

being active as in physically active isn't a thing i'm currently succeeding in i'm afraid
i was outside on saturday tho and i was so tired from that ordeal that i had 2 rest for a few days afterwards lmaO,, it felt rly good tho <3 should go outside more often to just enjoy the moment
i've never rly danced on an active basis, i sometimes jam to music but i wouldn't call it dancing to be completely honest
this pandemic has made me more lazy than ever n it has become a bad habit

Girl, I feel you with the “moments”!
even if you do nothing but sit outside
with the sun on your face!

The pandemic has given me a complex
and makes me feel as if I’ve been
living life at hyper speed

for sure ! it's a lovely thing to just disconnect from the internet for a while !
will for sure try to make myself go outside of the apartment building even if it's just a round around the house or sit on the bench outside of it

i think what we all have learnt is to enjoy the current, our now so to say, to just relax n taking it all in and just exist without living for the next day n the day after that
i used to think i needed plans for 1 year ahead, 3 years ahead and even 10 years ahead but when i noticed it stressed me out n was for the worse i had to take a step back n instead take the days as they come and make the best out of them (something i'm still working on)

You’re right about stressing and planning
but at the same time
having nothing to do is terrifying to me.
my life wasn’t strictly regimented
but ugh it takes too long to explain lol

it's understandable! i know some people who can't sit still in the literal sense
i know it's hard to change something you're 2 familiar with
for me it's more the other way around, if i have stuff to do most of the time i get exhausted and have to recharge and just stop functioning all together
as long as it doesn't affect u negatively i'm sure u don't have 2 worry abt it ! like u have found ur own ways in how u relax and it's nothing wrong with that !
