of course not.. when i said relax/chill i just meant it as in dont take life so seriously and stop overreacting over every little obsticle in life. 1 thing might feel like a huge deal when youre a kid but when you mature/grow up you natrurally get better at handling things

its one of these things that is like its a real thing, yes but like most of people who claim to have it most likely dont have it. like what young girl doesnt feel anxiety..its just part of being human. everything doesnt have to be a metal disorder. just like how you can be shy without having social anxiety (obviouly not talking about anyone speciically, just in general)do u know what anxiety is aarada?
