yea ive checked and im gonna have to eat a lot of it in order to exceed the limit of 50 grams just by vegetables, the fat thing is kinda an issue i gotta admit, being vegetarian complicates things but i think u can get fat through milk and certain veggies like avocados
milk also have sugars/carbs in it. But you're doing a less strict version than I am. I eat under 20g carbs a day (have been for a few months) so maybe that's why I am careful with too much veggies and milk etc. But don't eat too little, because that won't work for some. I wouldn't recommend eating keto without meats, because the most vegan/vegetarian protein sources have carbs in them.
