It does lol, so long as its low carb, u don't have to follow a strict "keto diet" and eat tons of fat etc, cus its easier to gain weight that way, I would rather just go for, eat normal foods, just don't eat foods with carbs

doing a keto diet and reaching ketosis is two different things though, in order to reach ketosis u have to be below 50 grams of carbs everyday

You know, there are more carbs in vegetables than you think. If you are trying to lose weight with keto, you NEED to eat more fat than usual. NATURAL HEALTHY fats. The whole point of losing fat in ketosis is you eating fat so the body will fuel on both your fat and the fat you eat.

yea ive checked and im gonna have to eat a lot of it in order to exceed the limit of 50 grams just by vegetables, the fat thing is kinda an issue i gotta admit, being vegetarian complicates things but i think u can get fat through milk and certain veggies like avocados

milk also have sugars/carbs in it. But you're doing a less strict version than I am. I eat under 20g carbs a day (have been for a few months) so maybe that's why I am careful with too much veggies and milk etc. But don't eat too little, because that won't work for some. I wouldn't recommend eating keto without meats, because the most vegan/vegetarian protein sources have carbs in them.
