ok my lunch now is smoothie with half pack of soft tofu, left over avocado (little bit less than half), spinach, spirulina, banana, pineapple and oat milk 
this is actually tastes good didn't expect that

if youre not getting bored of the smoothies, id say these work just fine since it has everything you need. maybe try different combos so it wont be so monotonous? a lot of stuff can work in smoothies in small doses, and stuff like banana mask other flavors pretty well imo

During the summer, no type of food
is “light” to me...not even salad
i drink a lot of slurpees and ensure supplements
so I won’t lose weight
