I would see a therapist, maybe you are depressed or something else? I thought I had really mild anxiety and depression, but now I am in therapy to check if I have ADHD and/or OCD (if I have both then I think they overlap eachother, and make it a whole mess).Ā

You can ask youself if you feel you "lack" something? Friends? If so, then maybe start a new hobby, and find some friends thru that?

Maybe think about how you would like your "future self" to be? Think about who you would like to be if you could pick. What do you wear, what do you eat, what are your hobbies? How do you feel? How do you respond to things?

Also accept your past, however it is. "Mistakes" are not mistakes, and that things happen for a reason. If you are the person to "beat youself up" for the past.
i dont even enjoy doing my previous hobbies let alone trying to make new onesĀ
also i dont even care at this point who my future self is i just want it to be happy and me

Sleeping well, eating well and exercising regularly can help to a certain extent
Therapy is of course a great tool to work out difficult emotions
My former psychologist also said that having a clear schedule, and sticking to it, helps a lot (when to eat, when to work, when to have freetime etc.)

I think it would do you well, it's difficult to manage a chaotic mind on your own. Maybe you could book an appointment with your doctor soon and maybe get a referal to DPS?
yeah ive tried for years to get referred but i always get rejected
That's weird but when I think of it at the same time no because the psych system in Norway have just gotten worse and worse. More people who needs help gets rejected. Like regjeringen is so proud of ''shorter wait!'' but that don't mean shit when there is a lack of help to actually give those who is in need of it

Hmm, without being a professional, the symptoms seem like depression.

depression.org.nz/is-it-depression-anxiety/self-test/depression-test/

You can check out a test for depression, if you want the "results". Even thought it's not the same as seeing someone, and the result may not be legit. I do this sometimes as an "indicator", but not everybody likes to do this. Check out the helplines in your country/region if needed.

Talk with doc about other options since you get rejected, because clearly doing this on your own atm seems hard on ya.Ā

Btw if you're battling depressive symptoms, I think I got some tools for ya. Have you checked this out? ive been using this few years ago.Ā

idk lol i got medication which have somewhat calmed down my mood swings and now i either feel empty, somewhat ok (kinda coexists with emptiness tbf) or i break down
the fact that you have at least a spark left that keeps you wanting to strive towards happier days is a good sign though. you should prolly get into therapy or something tho so they can steer you towards the potential solutions

- find different strategies that can shift the focus
- never plan too long ahead as it causes just more anxiety
- set up smaller goals for yourself
- talk with people who understand u
- make sure to rest, sleep and eat enough
- move in some way (doesn't have to be the gym),,shorter walks are a great idea
- watching things that make u happy
