Thats not how mold works
Like if u have cheese/jam/whatever thats moldy, but u remove the visible mold, its still moldy cus the visible part is just the flower or whatever, theres still roots and spores potentially throghout the entire thing, since bread isn't dense. Shouldn't be dangerous to eat once tho but u would taste it
