im not the perfect daughter so i can see why she would act a certain towards me but theres been times where she was a straight up b**** and said unnecessary things to me that were hurtful for no reason. she has bettered herself and hasnt been rude like that in a while but those words have rly affected me through the years

It’s never ok to behave a certain way only because you don’t suit someones picture of «a perfect daughter», but I’m glad it’s been better from her side recently<345 we stan growth<333 even in grownups!!

Idk I just think u can be a toxic person but good (ish) parent, or "good"(?) person but abusive parent, for me at least. Hard to explain tho, my thought process never wants to form words and proper sentences

yes, my stepmom at least. i tried confronting her n my dad's behavior when i lived with them but it only made things worse. not doing that again. since i live on my own i just spend very little time with them now and try to appease her when i'm visiting, cuz standing up to her only makes my life more difficult
