honestly, I think it's mostly me being very sleep deprived since I'm so unwell at the moment and struggling a lot with english in general

have you thought about going to an apthecary and asking them? sometimes they can help
that skincare is usually a bit more expensive, but at least they aren't really that hardcore into selling you random shit you don't need and know a bit more about medical skin issues to be able to help? could be an interim solution if nothing else works
me who thinks the rules of english are a mere suggestion


thta might be a good middle actually
i keep forgetting the ppl at the pharmacy actually do this stuff

well to be fair, it does feel like it's just "be fancy and hope for the best"

I only just remembered it because my mum used to work at a pharmacy and she was the one who advised me to try la roche posay because she remembers it helping people with similar issues 30 years ago
