I also have the same problem and it's mostly related to my stress as my body reacts in a way that if I'm under too much stress it can all come out the way it went in.
as people already stated here, liquid supplements are a really good and handy idea if you can get them ar your country,Â
I personally just try to eat food that is not too heavy on the stomach, stuff that is easier to digest, and I found out that this one helped me a LOT overall, I could go days on one fruit and idk toast?
now I tried looking up what is digested easily and doesn't feel heavy.
another great thing was separating the 2-3 meals in the day into smaller meals throughout the day, getting more used to eating, and then slowly dropping a lot of tiny meals for a bigger meal but less of those throughout the day.
my case is also different as I have migraines and have trigger foods so that's fun but besides the point,
I'd say seeing a professional about it if possible is not a bad thing, but you said that you think you know what's the cause so maybe you don't have to, but there's no shame in that
and I really hope that you'll get better and be able to solve that soon
Mine is mostly stress related. It's just gonna take a long time to get over.Â
I have thought of eating more frequently but eating at all is such a turn off, it's difficult. It makes me nauseas.Â
Maybe I should start drinking juice and stuff as well instead of just water.Â
Thanks
So yeah we're kind of on the same boat, you should try it even if it's hard, that's the only way to do it, even if it's a little bit, every bit you add is such a big step
