A little true just because some have a little higher and some have a little lower metabolism (not that some peoples bodies are healthier or wants to be overweight or underweight, its because of food at that point) but u shouldn't let that dictate ur weight cus its just as unhealthy being overweight or underweight even if its whats "natural" to you. But yeah lol ill probably never be skinny without trying, but I won't be fat either even tho my metabolism is allegedly weird, just cus my eating habits r good (ish lol)

I see a lot of people who are very underweight as kids/young adults suddenly get bigger as they age even tho they eat the same kind of food, just cus their metabolism has decreased a bit (same w a little bit overweight children, weight goes down).Ā
How you view the subject seems worrying enough.. Being overweight or underweight or normal by BMI has got nothing do with health. BMI was invented in 1830's, during the same then chloroform and opium was desribed for infants and coke was sold at the markets. to top it off inventor of BMI was a mathematician not a health expert.Ā
It does have something to do with your health tho, even body builders struggle from the excessive weight their heart and joints are being put under. Same with being underweight. Im not talking about being slightly underweight or slightly overweight obviously, those are perfectly healthy for most people, but being severely underweight or severely overweight is unhealthy, no matter if u only eat leafy greens and u exercise every day
I thought we were talking about setpoint weight? Being severely under/overweight is always a different case (joints suffer, heart gets pressure, pulse changes)
Also thats contradictory, eating ONLY leafy greens and exercising daily is NOT healthy. Neither are the trendy Kardashian crash diets.

Why r we talking abt the kardashians lol. Anyways yes I relate it back to a setpoint weight, because some people "excuse* being very skinny or very fat and unable to change it, on that is their bodies healthy weight and its impossible to change ur bodys "setpoint" weight, while nobodys setpoint weight is on either extreme end

The saga

All muesli bars - - max 99kcals
Sports bars/protein bars - - 200kcals easily but is like nut, caramel or weiird ass fudge
Yeah but tbh worth it to live with weird fudge, at least if u get some that have some sort of protein. I think the muesli bars would b just carbs but I haven't checked tho
I got their yt sjokolade brownie proteinbar
Easy 200kcals but the consistency is bad

Oh, thats what you meant. Yes exactly, usually I heard the excuses or so called white-lies being "its in my genes, i cant change it" never really thought someone could hide under the "my setpoint weight is this.."Ā

While everybody is different and bodies shouldnt be controlled the health costs which are used to treat self-caused health issues are way too high.Ā

conclusion for this bar: won't be buying again. gonna suffer the last 3\4 down one day soon and then I'll try some other ones next time I'm at the store.

my bf gained 12 kilos over liek 1 year and i think all he did was starting to eat more regularly and working out a lot (increased the appetite)

so if i was trying to gain weight i would start eating breakfast probably because that gets my appetite going, maybe like waffles or some mcdonalds mcmuffins sometimes or like toast with cheese and ham
