Hmm never happened before yesterday and my hands are super cold/purple and its still there so Ithink mby thatsnkt why. I often get weird hand stuff like orange spots, red swollen hands, purple pattern all over, etc etc but small dots like this no, only inside my palmscould also just be your skin
