me either 

same with oatmeal we used to eat when i was growing up?? it was literally just oats with some sugar and little bit of butter. like why, literally just carbs and don't get me wrong i love carbs, but how is that supposed to keep you full and energized for school 
and i still eat oatmeal every morning, but with berries, fruits, seeds, nuts, (vegan) quark etc
