Many ppl do, I would assume most people get used to it, and they stop feeling sick, but obv it doesn't work for some. It also depends how much fat your body has stored, and how much fat and protein you eat, something abt the protein and fat being converted to glucose and ketones etc in the body, but if your body is used to carbohydrates it will take a while for it to start using other energy sources I think

I think central Europeans eating bread for 10.000+ years had a lasting effect.
