i suppose having a busy schedule definitely helps because when im just at home i do not eat within that fasting window i just eat whenever yes, sitting at home fighting the hunger bad
Yeahh, when I've gone out to meet someone Early ish in the day, and gotten home around 4pm, I don't feel hungry at all even tho I haven't eaten, but if I just sit at home I just bahhh its so much ahrder cus there is no distractions so I get hungry
i try to drink like tea and coffe and whatever, mby I should buy like sugar free energy drinks or smth instead but allegedly artificial sweeteners are illegal with intermittent fasting but I do not care
ill sit at home looking at the clock like "so when can i eat" then i just spend the day not really entertaining myself but rather waiting for eating time
