Yeah its healthier to sleep without, but not so bad if u wear 100% cotton underwear

You still trap moisture (esp thongs etc, stuff in ur butt lol) but its a thousand times better than the other underwear materials. Hate when they make underwear in weird fabrics too, and then they add the one strip of cotton in the middle on top of the weird fabric, like thats going to help at all

Still not worth the hassle. The only time you get to be naked is when you're at home (assuming the curtains are closed because it they aren't, you will be viewed as a flasher even though you do it in your own home lol) so you might as well take the opportunity. It's better for you both physically and mentally (since it's the most natural sleeping position)

Cant be naked at home cus I don't live alone, only when I sleep I guess, sometimes I don't wear underwear but it depends, I like sleeping with underwear on more
