Idk if she was diagnosed but my Grandma was confusing me with my mom a lot (we look kind of alike) and she kept asking the care home people and my mom stuff like if the cows had been fed (used to tend a farm) and if her husband or son (both like 2 decades dead) had called or anything since they weren't visiting her.

I hope I die before my brain goes. Alzheimer's is just devastating.
