Bc they don't believe in transparency. And well ikea is committed to using large amounts of plastic in any future as well and they aren't shy about it. What could we expect. But ye I still go to ikea when I need something I can't find elsewhere. I do indeed like some of their stuff, esp their storage boxes for food in stainless steel and glass w wood lids. Idk when ill need something ikea again tho. Maybe when i move to a place of my out that isn't student housing

Yea i envy they have a lot of good stuff. But I can't remember the last time i bought something from there. One of the last furniture I got was handed down and the other I got someone to build for me. Who is to say I'm not gonna need something bigger though, but I will for sure look into other means of getting it.

It's not my first choice but ye I had to go there for something when i moved to my student housing this fall bc the money wasn't stretching in the month I needed most of it but also most of what I used I already owned or found secondhand, but what could not ended up being ikea for kitchen stuff. Most were deliberate purchases thought w things I will use for a very long time.
