I am just giving an opinion on how I read their answer in the Q&A on their website. I personally would've written something along the lines of "we'll make our rules and website fit the expected age range better" or something along those lines instead of keeping as open as "we don't want to exclude anyone."

I don't disagree though, and think goSupermodel will be nostalgia bait and probably won't survive with just the old userbase or by switching the old userbase out. They need to find a balance.

That's the tricky thing.... Does that mean the gsm content has to be appropriate for little kids since they're "open to everyone and won't exclude anyone" ? If that's the case, they would have to have similar rules on Momio (i assume) which would kill the site, obviously.

Gsm needs a surplus of new (active users) as the old users get tired of gsm and leave it. Like you said, a balance of new and old users.
