Use "ç" on ur passwords, idk sites allow use it but this can this makes harder for hackers to discover your password, most of the programs hackers use are in English and don't have the "ç" character on the keyboard.

- a big part of hacking is thru fishing believe it or not, meaning they just try to trick you so yea stay vigilant of any links even if they appear trustworthy. a lot of people on the internet are unfortunately a bit stupid and naive

- double check what you download, make sure you have basic protection on like windows defender, doesn't help you in 100% cases but covers a good bunch

- password manager!! there are free ones, personally i've been using Bitwarden, dont pay anything, havent had any problems, and i can use it over multiple devices (phone, pc, etc). it allows you to generate passwords, makes it super easy and then no account share the same password

- passkeys are being adapted more and more, they eliminate the need for a password at all and can be stored on your phone or password manager

- turn on 2FA everywhere

i think that is really the most normal people like us can really do. paying for extra virus protection is tbh a bit of a waste of money since most use cases are covered by windows defender and browser security features. theyre more relevant in business or if you have highly sensitive data on your pc or are a person worth to target like politicians.

yes it stores your login informations including passwords for whatever websites and apps you like

google i think saves the passwords to your gmail account, and if you have for example an iphone i dont think you can autofill passwords on apps that arent google owned so might be a lil limiting.. so in a sense it works similarly yea
