I mean overall yes I think if you actually eat enough kcals and enough protein etcetc it’s probably not as hard in general n also if you don’t have like actual proper addiction prolly shshhd
i was always craving more salty food than sweet but my biggest problem is mindlessly eating when im bored esp bcs i dont move around a lot so i dont lose the calories again
Yes fair im both sweet n savory fiend n snacking fiend all the issues
aometimes i eat snackies with chopsticks cos it makes the snacking less mindless

I cannot relate I am eating sugar as I write this but good luck, but I barely eat sugar or sweets in general so idk
thanks rn its manageable but there is so much more processed sugar than you think in regular food etc. i only started to notice once i saw how many calories things actually contain and how much you should eat daily

I have psoriasis and after i cut down the sugar it disappeared (it went away after 6 months of cutting down the sugar) and from then on i kept up this diet ... it wasnt easy but definitely effective! I took this decision after seeing several dermatologists and trying several meds (topical and oral) which didn't solve the problem ... after i started the diet i started noticing that the psoriasis patches don't grow back as fast and then they stopped coming back in certain areas until it jst completely disappeared ...... it's one of the best decisions i made
