I like doing yoga. I don't practice every day, but I do stretch every morning and meditate in the evenings. If I have the energy do do a longer routine I always aim for that, but I don't put much pressure on it. For me, everyday practice is not sustainable long-term so i rather do one day a week to several.
My favorite is namastehannah but I don't think many of her best videos are up still. It doesn't have much instructions. Otherwise, I like working without videos. I write down a program w a variety of poses I want to focus on, or do sun/moon salutations or the primary series. If you want some heavy ones, probably boho beautiful on youtube. Adrienne is good tho. I also like poking into other varieties, like kemetic yoga.
I would probably focus on learning the correct techniques first and not rush. Some videos can move faster than you manage to properly get into the pose, or leave faster than what feels good to you. So don't be afraid to pause it and listen to your body's needs.
One of the reasons I started yoga was that I had bad backpain from tension and stress. A few weeks after I started, it started going away. Now I only get it back if I am in a stressful situation for a longer time, but starting up a practice again always makes it go away in a few days.
