do you put it on max heat so it takes less time and risk food getting burnt

Depends on what I make and how I reheat.
Microwave: full power
Over: Usually 180-200°C depending on the dish
Stovetop: Full power only until the pot is proper hot then I turn down, because full heat doesn't heat food evenly smth smth (not sure if that's true or if it's something I've just grown to know without actually knowing)
