it's also funny that no one can force you to do anything but as soon as you say no can't/won't do then theyre like omg she refuses to follow commands and go in the journal like she was rude to me i cried

one of the meds i was on before was extremely expensive which isn't the only reason why i quit them but a factor. but all my meds i've had to quit myself without their help because they didn't "agree" i think they've missed the point that i'm allowed to say no to anything they want me to do and that it shouldn't matter why because there should be no me convincing them it is my choice
