to be fair (and I don't know if this really is the reason, but if it is) people being kicked for month or even year long inactivity usually don't necessarily need to be replaced, because the system worked just fine with them doing nothing while on the team. so them being off the team won't change anything in that regard
but, in all seriousness, if there is an application process to come, can't wait to see who will apply

a lot of smaller things have been undergoing a revamp recently, but its been one set a month as long as ive been on dt at least, with at least every other being male? if i dont remember completely wrong, it said at least one set a month when i applied

Yeah I feel like lots of the old designers was just there for very long but newer designers got kicked earlier mayb
