anyway i feel like ive said this countless times but im pretty sure you cant just abolish the royal family without making norway a republic, and that would mean having a president instead of a prime minister. which ive heard is more expensive than having a combination of a prime minister and a monarch
imagine being born into a job
man i wish tho tbh lmao

Idk if its even possible but I would be more mad if the monarch were using his veto right or smth like if they were operating not as a democracy
Then I would b a lil mad I guess

ok so from a couple of minute of reading ive understood that you have the head of state which is the king in norways case and head of government that is the prime minister. in america for example the president is both head of state and head of government. if you were to remove the head of state, i feel like you would have to get a president to replace the role of both prime minister and monarch

no but honestly i think we are better off seperating the head of state and head of government, as it wont get any cheaper having a combined head of state and head of government

if the monarchs do nothing we might as well have a seagull as head of state
