i don't think he was trying to sell me a dream lol because it wasn't dreamy at all

the worst part is that i actually did notice but kept telling myself it was somehow worth it
because you're absolutely right about the part that he never changed, you know? and it didn't creep up on me like it usually does with abusive partners - it was there out in plain sight from day 1 and EVERYBODY knows it and everybody saw it
