Yes but im already in a calorie deficit compared to what I should eat based on what I weigh n height n stuff but I just ugh, should I eat even less

then I hav to rememebr to take vitamins at least

Walk whatever distance you can get, take the stairs always. Go out and go for a walk once a day, you can slowly increase the distance.

Be mindful of when and how much you eat. If you eat out of boredom and not hunger, try cutting that and finding other ways of filling the boredom. Try eating fruit (like apples, pears, things with a lot of water and less sugar) if you really need to get something in the stomach because of nervousness. You will very slowly start to adapt and not eat more than you need.

That's how I lost 5kg in half a year, just gradually working my way up

calorie deficiency in a way of eating less than you burn
if you don't move the whole day, you definitely need way less food than is advised by health agencies, because they all calculate with a few hours of activity during the day
(also, get moving! you really need to move a few times the day to stay healthy)

other thinks I find helpful especially with calorie counting is not counting fruit or vegetables to try to encourage myself to choose those when Im hungry
